Our recycling services are just one part of our commitment to sustainable packaging. We believe in a circular economy where materials are reused, repaired, and recycled— never wasted.

Frequently Asked Questions
How our recycling pickups, documentation, and preparation work
Is there a minimum quantity for recycling pickup?
For free pickup we look for truckload volumes—around 200 pallets, 100 gaylords, or 50 totes. Smaller loads can be dropped off at our yard.
Do you pay for recyclable materials?
Clean, sorted material with volume may qualify for payment or pickup credits. Share photos and weights so we can evaluate.
What materials can you recycle?
We recycle wood pallets, cardboard/gaylords, HDPE tote bottles, and metal cages. Mixed loads are accepted when separated on site.
Can you handle contaminated items?
Food residue is usually fine. Hazardous or unknown chemicals must be disclosed; we may reject or require specialized cleaning before recycling.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes. We issue recycling certificates with material type, weights, processing method, and date for your ESG reporting.
Can recycling be combined with pickups or deliveries?
Yes. We often deliver product and backhaul scrap or end-of-life packaging on the return trip to save freight.
How should material be prepared?
Stack pallets and gaylords neatly and drain totes. Keeping materials separated (wood, cardboard, plastic, metal) speeds loading and improves rates.
Do you dismantle or depalletize on site?
Our team can load and segregate at pickup. Large deconstructions should be discussed in advance for proper tooling and time.
What happens to recycled materials?
Wood becomes mulch or fuel, cardboard goes to paper mills, HDPE is reprocessed into pellets, and cages are sent to metal recyclers.
How quickly can you schedule recycling service?
We can typically schedule within the same week; urgent clean-outs depend on truck availability and volume.
Consider These Options First
Before recycling, consider whether your packaging could be reused or repaired. It's better for the environment and may provide more value.
