Quality & Grading
What do your grades (A, B, C) mean?
Grade A is premium quality with minimal wear. Grade B is standard quality with normal use signs. Grade C is economy quality with visible wear but fully functional. See our Grading System page for details.
Can I inspect products before purchasing?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our facility to inspect products. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
What if I receive products that don't meet my expectations?
We stand behind our grading system. If products don't match the described grade, contact us immediately and we will make it right.

We accept packaging in all conditions. Pricing depends on the condition and type of packaging. Even damaged items may have value for repair or recycling.
